- An annual Enrolment Fee applies to all term students.
- Fees are due prior to the commencement of each new term.
- Fees are payable strictly on TERM BASIS ONLY and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Fees not paid within 2 weeks of each new term incur a late fee and a charge is applied to account each subsequent month the account is unpaid.
- Students may not be permitted to participate in classes until outstanding fees are paid.
- The Queensland JAM Factory reserves the right to discontinue the provision of tuition to any student where fees are more than four weeks in arrears.
- If a student discontinues classes during a term, the full term fees remain payable.
- Enrolments cannot be cancelled mid term; however classes may be exchanged for a class of an equivalent value.
- To cancel an enrolment for the following term the Director must receive 4 WEEKS WRITTEN NOTICE, before the end of the present term.
- The Parent/Guardian or mature student will be responsible for full term fees, until written notice has been received. Lessons missed through student non-attendance will be charged.
- Catch–up classes are available in a class of your choice of a similar value and level. Catch up classes are available only within that term, unless there are special circumstances approved by the Director.
- Lessons missed through teacher non-attendance will be caught-up.
- Cash payments must be forwarded in an envelope clearly marked with name amount and date.
- Students whose behaviour does not meet standards acceptable to the QJF PAC will have their enrolment cancelled.
- QJF and its instructors are not responsible for students before or after class.
‘I understand that instructors and staff are not liable for personal injuries or loss of or damage to personal property. Classes are taken at my own risk. I am aware that this style of dance can induce fatigue, exhaustion also strained, sprained muscles and ligaments. If any injury does occur I hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Queensland JAM Factory. I agree to inform the instructor of any physical limitations I may have and if I have any doubts as to my physical abilities, I will consult with my physician before participating’.
